1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery only if:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Returns for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect color selection, incorrect size selection, or any reason unrelated to damage, defects, or incorrect delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both the customer and WAF Bags, a complete and continuous unboxing video is required for all damage, defect, or wrong-item claims.
The video must clearly show:
- The unopened package before opening.
- The shipping label attached to the package.
- The complete unboxing process without pauses, cuts, or edits.
- The product and any visible damage, defect, or issue.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
3. Reporting a Problem
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product.
- The complete unboxing video.
- A brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.
4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must remain in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and components must be included.
- The product must not show signs of misuse, alteration, or customer-caused damage.
WAF Bags reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
5. Refund Approval
Once the returned item is received and inspected, WAF Bags will determine whether the claim qualifies for a refund.
If approved:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–14 business days, depending on the customer's bank and payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Customer preference regarding color, design, style, or size.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper handling, misuse, or negligence.
- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.
- Claims submitted beyond the specified reporting period.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to:
- Shipping damage,
- Manufacturing defects, or
- Incorrect item delivered,
WAF Bags will cover the return shipping costs.
